I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this! To be fair, it doesn't really taste like pad thai, but it's good nonetheless. I like the texture of the noodles.

The flavor of this is survivable, but probably not a good as I could cook up if I wanted to spend more time and effort. This is a great cheat to have on hand when you have leftover tofu/edamame/beancurd, and/or veggies, or if you can find pre-cooked tofu. Especially if you are in a rush and only need to feed one person.
I can honestly say I haven’t tried Pad Thai soup before. But it really is yummy. This was a new flavor I found, and I’m glad I could try it out. I would recommend keeping a few of these and the other McDougall’s soups handy.
These noodles are perfect for a quick and easy lunch when you have access to a microwave. A little bland, but if you sprinkle a few on top - it's delish.
Love this! It’s not quite as healthy as some other McDougall’s foods, but it still has wholesome ingredients and is very tasty. I really love the cilantro. Actually, an older man I was talking to at work took interest in veganism after I mentioned it, I told him to try the soup from this brand. He came back the next week, gave me this and said he printed off a list of vegan restaurants, how nice! He then told me he cooks a lot of beans, rice and veggies and asked what I like to cook with. I hope he keeps at it, I’ve never had somebody respond so positively to veganism before 🙂
