has an awesome mouth feel to it and is just incredibly indulgent. It’s made from cashews, water, salt and bacteria - that’s it, super clean 🧀

Delicious organic cashew-based vegan "camembert cheese" with vegan mould and fermentation cultures. Tastes much

like a cowmilk-based camembert, just as creamy but of course with a nuttier flavour from the cashews. I'm pleased that the quality has improved again; last time I bought this product a few years ago, you could barely see and taste the mould as apparently they used to little or did not allow it to grow long enough, but now there is a thick white mould layer on the outside just like it should be. Handmade by a completely vegan company. Very expensive: 6,79 €.
