Love to defuse this blend before bed. It helps so much for allergies but if

you do have a sinus headache it can be irritating. It’s a mix of Laurel Leaf, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Melaleuca, Lemon, Cardamom, Ravintsara, and Ravensara and reminds me most of eucalyptus which is found in Vick’s vappo rub etc.
