It does not look like it will be filling, but that is merely a misconception. I would have liked for it to be a bit more saucy (seeing as it is a curry), however, that being said, one could mash the ingredients together and make a patty (fry it up in a pan) 😊 So this products is actually pretty versatile. It’s a decent amount of calories (400) for the amount of food as well as for how filling it is. It’s a great substitute to meat curries and the flavor and texture are both great. This can honestly be eaten any time of the day. If you’d like to green it up a bit more, add in some extra sautéed spinach. I microwave mine for a quick food fix when I have a busy day. It works out to roughly $2.50 per bowl, you will always save money making these dishes yourself, but that being said not everyone has the time to always do so. This is a great ready made meal for those days when you run out of time, having a lazy day or just need some comfort food in the winter weather. Definitely recommended. #veganin2020
