Praticamente delle salsicce affumicate vegetali!!! Il sapore a parer mio è buonissimo, mai stata grande fan delle salsicce, ma queste hanno quel gusto che le ricorda, ma in senso buono? sí sente l' affumicato, sono davvero molto saporite, e comodi e anche versatili! questa volta io le ho tagliato a cubetti e messi nel cous cous con dei pomodorini, ma se no si possono anche usare come cibo 'da passeggio', sgranocchiandole mentre si cammina (dentro alla confezione ci sono questi due simil bastoncini, divisi e lunghi di prodotto). this is a pack of two sausages based on wheat protein. they are vegan, organic and sugar free and have 38g protein/100g. tastewise, they are like smoked tofu but ten times smokier - too smokey for me. texture is a bit chewy. it's ok for a salty snack with lotsa protein but I wouldn't buy it again. ps: you don't have to prepare them in any way, just eat them raw #vegansausage #dmbio #sugarfree #highprotein #vegangermany
