My only complaint about this decadent dessert is that they used spearmint instead of peppermint. Why?? One is for toothpaste/chewing gum, and one is for eating! But the chocolate cookies were rich and fudgy. Still a great treat! Be mindful of the sugar content (it is HIGH!!) #veganisnotscary

The other #dairyfree ice cream sandwich that the co-op in Ukiah California had in stock. It was delicious, chocolate cookies with mint chocolate chip ice cream inside. I was so excited to see #vegan #icecreamsandwiches ! And as we know #chocolateandmintbelongtogether ! #sweettooth #chocoholic
I really wanted to love this ice cream sandwich - mint chocolate chip ice cream is my favorite - however this fell short for me and given the calorie count, it just wasn’t worth it. It’s not terrible just a meh for me
