Excellent soy milk. At only R18 a litre, bargain. Only get at Checkers, and not

always available.

This soya milk does not taste good on its own, in cereals, or even in

coffee and tea. It is however priced well enough to be used in smoothies, which is why I buy it. A litre costs about R18 at Checkers. #pigsnpaws

This is the cheapest milk alternative I’ve found so far. (Apart from making your own)

I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone still transitioning to plant milks but once you’re used to soy milks this is fine. Very good for baking - the thought of using expensive soy milk for flapjacks is heart breaking 😅

Soy milk from Dewfresh. In my experience so many plant based milks are pricey. Although

it may not be as tasty as some others, this milk is so much more affordable than other alternatives!
