Thought I would try these out for a bit of skin health, since my skin and hair dries out in the winter months. So far so good, they are a bit big to swallow, so have to do it carefully with lots of water.

El olor y sabor es horrible! Son pastillas muuuy grandes y me cuesta trabajo tragarlas jaja. He notado mejoras en las uñas y piel, no tanto en el pelo. Las pedí por iherb y salieron súper de precio.
I love DEVA vitamins. They are affordable, have cool looking packaging, are easy to take, and most importantly, they are VEGAN!
After one bottle I saw improvement in my hair health and growth. Did winders for my nails too. Pills can sometimes be difficult to swallow... Not much of a coating.
