It’s hard for me to review vitamins because I never know if they are working. I take this one daily because it’s supposed to make me think better. I guess it works. It’s kind of pricy, though.

Love this ones from Iherb, usually i have 1 every 3 days or so just to make sure i have enough of dha and epa because It’s recommended by vegan doctors💚
A must-have for every vegan! Omega 3 derived from algae. I alternate between this and another brand on iherb (depending which is on sale)
