Decided to have one of these this evening. Nut roast from lidl 35 to 40 min cooking. Breaking open the roast there we found small nuts grared carrots cranberry and the flavours work well together. Very delicious served with vegetables and gravy. We love nut roast and this was a delight on the plate actually beautiful. Let's hope lidl keep selling them all year around. Nice to have individually portioned nut roasts if you’ve only got one or two vegans in attendance. The flavour was nice, but the texture was rather soft and squidgy, but maybe I didn’t cook it right. I would definitely try again.
I think it was a bit too heavy for my liking the gravy was not that nice. I didn’t really like it that much .But that’s just my opinion
This comes with gravy. A little bit too dry and too filling. Gravy was not that nice. Saved it with Oatly oat cream.
