I cooked in toaster oven and flipped 1/2 way through.
I didn’t have many veggies on hand to make a burger 🍔 and I was a bit #hangry 😠🤣 so I ate this between 2 pieces of toast and some ketchup, hot sauce and mustard!! It was actually really good 👍🏼

Buenísima la combinación de ingredientes es muy interesante, pensé que tendría mucho sabor como a
falafel, pero no, está riquísima. El paquete trae 4 y si es un poco caro.

medallones acompañadas con alguna guarnición😅
