Chocolate dipped strawberries and marshmallows

I made these for Valentine's, and they were very easy to

make. I used 1 cup of chocolate and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. For the topping, I used a biscoff cookie, crushed pistachios, and some Sprinkles. My partner said the marshmallows tasted like the other ones and that they couldn't tell the difference.

I used the large dandies marshmallows, I got them from Wegmans. I always recommend this brand as they are easy to find and have good quality.

I also used the baking dark chocolate of HU that I got as a gift. I was my first time using this product, and it went very well. The baking chips were easy to work with and tasted good.

I finally found a vegan marshmallows that is great with vegan chocolate for s’mores
