At first I didn’t realize that it was a vegetable crust, but it wasn’t even

noticeable I could do without the feta cheese but overall the taste and texture of the cheese is really good I wish they would make a regular almost like pan pizza crust #veganisnotscary

This worked out a lot better than the first Daiya pizza I tried, the fire

roasted vegetable! When I first took it out, I noticed it was a vegetable crust pizza with cauliflower, sweet potato, and spinach! (I can’t remember if the first one was...)

I decided to top it with some baby spinach (of course I used a lot and it cooked down) along with garlic & herb seasoning and “chicken” seasoning (no actual chicken of course!). I also learned from the last time to underbake it by one minute to prevent the super crispy, crunchy crust; the minimum bake time was 9 minutes so I did 8, which worked great!

I’m still getting used to the oily cheese and its different taste, but my dad did inform me that regular cheese on regular pizza is just as oily (ever seen those oil stains in a pizza box?). Truthfully, I could have done without the cheese, and it definitely could’ve used more sauce.

All in all, pleased with the pizza and will buy again!
