Pretty good Italian Herbs & Cheeze Style Vegetable Crust 🍕 Pizza by Daiya. Not my favorite from this brand but definitely worth the try! I love the unique #glutenfree crust that is made with cauliflower, sweet potato and spinach. A bit chewy but does crisp up on the edges. Perfect amount of sauce, love the Italian herbs and the cheese is pretty good. Didn’t melt for me as well as other Daiya pizzas. Flavors all mingled well and the perfect Friday Night meal! Good source of protein and fiber but #highinfat and #highinsaturatedfat! #veganinillinois #pizzalover #daiya #sweetdreamsmadeofgrease #vegan4life #vegan4theanimals #vegan4theplanet #abillionlove #veganisnotscary
As an Italian, I always find it funny when products from non Italian brands are called something “Italian” because most of the times is not Italian at all. In this case, for example, the mentioned herbs are #basil and #parsley, not enough ingredients to describe something as #Italian, sorry. Anyway, I really like this #pizza, I got it as a gift from a friend (yay for friends who gift food) who advised me not to overcook it or it gets too crunchy. So I got it perfect, the dough is so soft and I wouldn’t be able to tell that the dough is made with #spinach, #sweetpotatoes and #cauliflower. Also #glutenfree
This was better than I expected! I'm not a big fan of Daiya cheese, but the pizza was good. It has a vegetable crust.
I think these taste great, but they're hard to eat, because either you eat it scolding hot, or by the time it cools down, the cheeze turns bland and it gets dry.
