I thought this was a delicious option for a vegan “cheese” spread. The consistency reminds me of cream cheese, and the taste does resemble closely to cream cheese as well. I have used this spread in sauces and on its own, and both ways it was delicious! Glad that I can incorporate more foods like this back into my life ☺️
