This Sunday we made quesadillas with Daiya Mozzarella and grilled vegetables, guacamole, mexican rice, cactus

and salsa. The cheese melted really nice and the flavour was great tasted like an ordinary quesadilla.

Everyone hates daiya ... and I get it from the original formula. However -

the cutting board shreds are a million times better , cost effective , and honestly super good . They melt amazing and have a great flavour.

This is just ok, it melts well enough for nachos, but the texture and tastes

isn't the best. For new vegans, I wouldn't recommend, it's not a great transition cheese. #veganisnotscary 43 of 90

They are slowly getting better with the taste but still has a weird flavor, though

very few vegan cheeses are on point. This does melt pretty well as pictured in the nachos. While not my favorite, if they are on sale or all my grocery has I will purchase every once in awhile. Def don't eat raw, just melted. #veganisnotscary

Mmm. Daiya cheese is great for pizzas! (slide to see mine 👅) It melts wonderfully

and has a creamy texture.
