I thought the taste was good and pretty spot on compared to Mexican style dairy blends (from what I remember, it’s been a while). And it definitely melted well. The texture was not exactly like dairy blends (less stretchy) but not a bad texture at all, just not like actual dairy (and that’s totally fine with me). I used this to make nachos but I could see it going well on a lot of other dishes- a topping for chili, enchiladas, etc. I’ll buy it again.
