pizza, mac n cheese, burritos! For cheese and crackers, my wife and I are both pretty loyal to Miyoko's

I kind of forgot about this cheese but I saw it today and remembered that
it quite awesome! It is nice and spicy. I had it on Mary’s Gone Crackers. It’s very easy to over eat this cheese. I like it so much, I feel there is no need to melt it.

I love this #vegancheese so damn much 😭 You don’t always get 1:1 replacements for
#cheese when you #ditchdairy 🧀, think pecorino 🐑, but you’re bound to stumble on things even better because #veganisnotscary 🧟 This cheese with its sour-spicy profile was perfect for a bell pepper based #pasta sauce 🫑 Oh and the mince? I got it by peeling off the skin off a couple #beyondmeat sausages, as you would any other sausage 😉 #govegan

I appreciate the tanginess, creaminess and love the addition of the peppers but it just
doesn’t floor me. There is something about the coconut that comes through in an awkward way. Put through the ‘melting’ test-the good old microwave was the clear winner (1st picture.) I got less than stellar results in the oven (2nd picture) and in a pan on the stovetop. I would buy it again if I see it on sale but don’t NEED to have it! #abillionlove #ditchdairy #daiya
