I don’t usually love Daiya cheese products on their own but I am definitely in like with this cheddar style deluxe Mac and cheeze. It’s even better if you doctor it up just a teeny bit. The gluten free elbow noodles are great. They cook up tender but not mushy at all. The cheeze sauce is very creamy and when prepared it doesn’t get dried out or gummy. I do feel it needs something to offset it like some cooked greens or broccolini. I made it this time as chili mac with some veggie chili from TJ’s and hot sauce. It was tasty and very satisfying.
