Wow this dressing is really amazing it has a really great taste and it is

very creamy, and the best part is that now they are in the supermarket, before like still 2 years ago it was unthinkable to find in Mexican supermarkets this options but now even dressings and freeze products. We’re definitely moving forward.
This I found it at Chedraui in the special section, is still a little expensive but once in a while is worth it $160mxn(9usd) #abillionlove #ditchdairy

A little on the thick side but a great vegan alternative to the real deal!

I usually thin mine out with a bit of oat milk

This is the best Caesar dressing that’s available right now. It’s alright. Seriously, I’ve tried

several allergen friendly Caesar dressings and they are not good at all. This one doesn’t remind me exactly of the non-vegan Caesar dressing (from what I remember anyway) B-U-T it’ll do. I don’t buy it as often as I used to. About once a year now. Hopefully another brand comes along and makes a Caesar dressing that tastes closer to the non-vegan one that I remember consuming so many years ago.
Side note: The chickun is marinated (pan fried & oven roasted) jackfruit.
The grated Parmesan is by Follow Your Heart
