Cheddar cheese

First time trying. It melts, it takes a while though. Completed my casserole-all vegan, it turned out delicious! Fabulous find!

I really like this product! The taste of this product reminds me of real cheddar cheese. It is also super good on homemade vegan pizzas. The price is fine for vegan cheeses. We can easily find this product in most grocery stores in my city (Drummondville, Quebec, Canada)!! I really recommend this product for when you have cheese cravings or that you just want to eat a pizza or make vegan mac and cheese.

I really couldn't wait to try this because of other Daiya products that I love but for me these fell short - I felt they were too plastic - they did melt good but that was not what the purchase intention was - will not purchase again - much cheaper brands out there that taste better
