With my woes about the boxed Alfredo Sauce Cheezy Mac that Daiya offers, this is
a step in the right direction. The cheese is the strongest part from those kits, so having the flexibility to add it on whatever dishes I want is really nice. I also like being able to decide what ratio of noodle to sauce I want... It still needs seasoning or spice though, but that’s easy to add! #veganisnotscary
