I just tried Cybele's Free To Eat Superbfood made with green lentil, kale, broccoli and spinach. It tastes good, no weird taste. I liked consistency of the pasta, which is a little thick. Just wish it didn't come in a plastic bag inside the box. #abillionlove #pasta #kale

Really great veggie "pasta". Made with green lentils, kale, broccoli and spinach.. And that's it! Just those four ingredients. Organic vegan and gluten free. Plus each serving has 25 gm of plant protein! It's very delicious and versatile and a great way to add veggies and protein to any dish. It's a little pricey for a small box, but I think it's worth it.
Unfortunately the texture once cooked is not great.
