I really enjoy them. The chilli is probably a bit better, though. I have just put it on the table without saying what it is. People have started eating it, and only realised it’s not biltong when I started laughing. So it tastes like biltong.
Tastes like I remember Biltong sticks/bites to have tasted. Spices and texture wise. The only downside is the quantity of the small packages (great as an on the go snack though), but it is available in a larger packet aswell.
I just.love this oyster mushrooms biltong and according to my colleagues this taste just like the real thing!! Price is reasonable if you think from 8kg if fresh mushrooms ypu only yield 1kg!!! #VeganIsNotScary
