Pomodori secchi

Ho usato i pomodori secchi per replicare una ricetta vista su YouTube. Sono ottimi per

le insalate di pasta o di riso.

I love #sundriedtomatoes, especially when they're preserved in oil. This product from #aldi preserves them

in #sunfloweroil...and soy oil...no comparison with preservation in olive oil, but this tomatoes are delicious nonetheless. They taste kind of sweet, but in the ingredients there is #nosugar, so I guess the sweetness comes from the tomatoes themselves.
My soon-to-be husband buys them every now and then to add them to #salads. Even if I enjoy this addition in salads, which are not my favorite food, I like to use them also in other ways. Here you see a fast but #tasty and not unhealthy meal: #fusilli with #sundriedtomatoes, #pumpkinseeds and fresh #parsley from my dad's #vegetablegarden .

riso basmati con qualche zucchina del mio mini orto in vaso che tengo sul terrazzo 😏 e qualche pomodoro secco tritato... 😋 Super veloce e fresco pranzo. Pomodori davvero buoni e morbidi. 79 cent da Aldi. In foto una delle nostre piantine si é messa in posa 🥰

I didn't really want to cook today ... It's so hot !!! So I made some simple basmati rice with some zucchini from my mini potted garden that I keep on the terrace 😏 and some chopped dried tomatoes ... 😋 Super quick and fresh lunch. Really good and soft tomatoes. 79 cents from Aldi. In photo one of our super bio seedlings it is put on display 🥰
