It's not easy to find Italian Piadina here in the UK, and that's why I was so happy to find this one. It's not bad, however, I found it very heavy. Not sure why this is. It's not bad in general though, and I will probably buy it again in the future.

This is a staple in Italy and although I found vegan versions out there I was yet to find one here. But I finally did in Waitrose and it brought back the taste of Italy I have so missed as I have not visited my family there since 2019. A little pricey but well worth it!
