Made rocky road brownies and I used country crock butter which is olive oil based. I love this butter I have used it for baking and as a spread. It’s very versatile

Very fluffy 🤩🤩 and has the same taste not much difference noticed in taste.
Good butter substitute and pretty affordable. Not a very strong flavor compared to Miyoko’s brand butter.
