I was pleasantly surprised by these to be honest. I have tried “weird” pasta products before made with rice etc. And never quite enjoyed them. These were different. They didn’t taste of much, but isn’t that true of pasta anyway. They had a lovely firm al dente texture and I liked the small size. I had the Penne. The smaller size pieces really allowed the sauce to coat each little pasta piece. I made a cheese sauce and had Smokey bits with vegan Parmesan over the whole dish and it really was an awesome meal. The price I paid for the pasta was excellent. I would definitely buy these again.
