Blue Cheese-Type Dressing

I bought this to support store brands with "plant-based" options, but of course I checked

the ingredients to make sure it was vegan. I was so happy to see an option that wasn't the caesar or ranch that it seems everyone else is making now. There was a time in my vegetarian days that I loved blue cheese dressing. This one has the same "funk" I remember. It could maybe be a little creamier, but I sprinkle nooch on my salads and found that made it creamier. Overall a delicious option that I will buy again.

I was running low on this and another type of dressing last night, so added

a bit of water and mixed the two and it was great. The Caesar mixed well and kind of overpowered the blue cheese flavour.

Of the 3 types of these dressings that I’ve tried, this is my least favourite.

It does taste kind of like a blue cheese dressing, but I’d rather stick to their Caesar, which I think is better.

This was pretty decent for the price... Not spectacular, but totally adequate for dipping things

like buffalo cauliflower or seitan wings 🙂
