I'm not really sure what this condiment gets used for other than what I use it for. I love it!😋 I toast sunflower seeds - don't burn!- then let them cool for about a minute or so, then shake a little of the Ume Su over and mix well. Until seeds are coated and dry.This produces the best ever snack . Great to sprinkle the seeds over salads and various other meals. Highly recommend if you love healthy salty snacks. Not cheap to buy but it lasts for a long time. I guess it would be good on salads too.
