This is likely my favorite silken tofu brand available in Austria. Unfortunately not as available as I'd like it to be. It is amazing for scrambled tofu, sauces, deserts, quiches and what not, you name it.
È il primo tofu vellutato che acquisto e cucino. L'ho usato per una torta salata e mi è piaciuto molto.
I'm not a fun of this kind of tofu, but I liked it. You can make nice sauce with it, por example tzatziki. I would buy it again.
