I’ve not tried this tofu before, I had it baked with some soy sauce, sugar, and garlic powder and it was perfection. Took the flavour really well and was the texture was lovey. Very firm. I didn’t press this tofu, just drained the water then cut and baked it, and it held its shape and didn’t crumble.
This tofu is the best texture ive seen. Doesnt require pressing before cooking and keeps its texture well when cooked in sauces and fried
Just pretty standard tofu really! Versatile, not super moist and squishy, pretty firm
I quite liked it as it tasted less artificial and is easy to marinated it.
