Tempeh

Plain tempeh. Despite the image on the package, it’s a 200g block so you have

to dice it into pieces before cooking. Nothing particularly special but I enjoyed it with vegan mayo and soy sauce.

Not really a fan of the taste but I wanted to try tempeh!
