Price: £0.39/3 for £1 (Heron Foods) (RRP: £2ish)

Simple mix of beans (chickpeas, white beans, azuki)

and oats. I believe there are other varieties like spelt and borlotti too. No flavourings just water and salt. I have been using them in everything from pasta, noodles, dumplings, etc. Very nutritious and easy addition to any meal. Will keep buying them from Heron until they run out 😁

Ideale per chi ha fredda e non ha tempo per prepararsi da mangiare, il gusto

non è il massimo non sa di nulla però è fatto con ingredienti naturali ed ha un ottimo rapporto cereali e legumi 🌱👍

Di solito faccio il mix di cereali e legumi fatto da me, prevedendo tutti i

giorni pasti fuori casa ho preferito "Aiutarmi" e devo dire che questo mix già pronto è buono.
