The name of this company makes me laugh so hard about British-y things. I can’t think of anything more funny sounding than Mummy Meagz or Chuckie egg. Anyway, this is pretty darn good Cadbury knockoff. This year it comes in a slightly smaller size that isn’t foiled wrapped and it costs I think slightly less than the foiled ones I had last year from the local British Import shop. A lot of local small vegan sellers were stiffed by Mumzies this year, having their orders canceled in favour of bigger retailers. I found this item, at a local grocery store chain called Market on [insert location] in this case, Millstream. Better than having to pay for shipping. I’m glad they are becoming more readily available.
Love these vegan creme eggs! The filling tastes exactly like the creme eggs I remember as a kid (pure sugar rush!) and the chocolate is nice & thick and gives a good crack when you bite it 😁 The chocolate is a dark milk in my opinion; and tastes good quality and compliments the gooey middle! #veganeaster #cremeegg #veganchocolate #sweettooth
