I love this vegan allioli! It has a really good flavour and consistency.
Originally, allioli was
made with garlic and olive oil, but gradually some (unnecessary, in my opinion) ingredients such as sunflower oil, creamy cheese and eggs were added. Most allioli sauce are now made with garlic, olive oil and eggs, which are cruel and unnecessary.
The price is quite affordable. I'll repeat, as I like adding allioli to many dishes. It's gluten free.
