Kimchi Pikant

I love kimchi, either I make it myself or I buy it from a Korean shop. I tried this one and the taste is similar to the original. However it is pasteurised and doesn’t have raw nutritional properties as fermented food usually has. It is a good compromise when feeling like eating kimchi , because it can be stored in the pantry.
