Ahh I am so split on this flavor. The chocolate is AMAZING. Just perfect! The peanut butter however is in chunks that are way too big! All of the sudden you’ve just got a mouthful of sticky peanut butter lol. If they cut up the PB chunks into half the size and distributed more of them it would be way better. But dang that chocolate was tasty so I will still buy this again when it’s on sale!
Decided to try out the KING of ice creams 👑 and mark their worth in a plant-based world. For an oat-based ice cream I thought it was pretty good; so far my experience has been that cashew base is far superior to all other alternatives in creating a creamy texture & flavour. Without the added fat from nuts or texture from tofu, ice cream can be incredibly sweet. Thankfully the chunks of peanut butter cut through this one with some much needed saltiness. Overall though an enjoyable option - and glad to see that the mightier H-D is FINALLY following the footsteps of other reigning ice cream brands (like B&Js) to join the 21st century and provide animal allies with an option 👏
Damn son, why you so tasty? Makes me think I should just freeze peanut butter in melted icecream and re-freeze. Haagen Dazs has it going on in the plant based world. On for sale for $5 too.
