Amazing! Just like the “classic” panettone. They should just make all of them vegan. Really, what’s the big deal? It was soft and the spelt fave that rustic taste that I love. In the first pic you can also see the pumpkin custard I made to accompany the panettone. Sadly it was really expensive here in the Netherlands

Ho assaggiato uno di questi #panettoni #vegani appena fatto ed era veramente buono: soffice e morbido. Purtroppo quello aperto ai primi di gennaio, nonostante avesse la data di scadenza ad aprile, aveva perso la sua fragranza e sofficità. Peccato perché la farcitura è molto buona. Scaldato la consistenza migliora molto!
