These taste great but percentages of RDA are barely adequate. Good for days when you’re eating plenty of good nutrient rich food anyway.

Pleasant enough tasting vitamins, not sure on how well they work but I still feel better knowing i’ve taken them everyday

Can’t beat having chewy vitamins like you used to do as a kid 😂 small and tasted of strawberries. Been meaning to take pictures of them since I bought them but forgot and now they’re all gone.
