I have had this jar for a while before I finally opened it and oh
my have I been missing out on it! Funny thing is I haven't actually used it as a paste for green curry but I have been obssessed with using it in a salad dressing

This is a great curry paste and it even has a recipe on the label
which I tried out too- it was yummy. I would say that you try one serving in your curry before adding two as recommended as it packs quite a punch.
