This cheddar cheese is delicous! It melts well and has a good taste. I've used it in baked pasta and I made cheesy miso ramen noodles for dinner tonight using this. It was mouth watering!

I tried 4 different cheeses and earth island came out on top! Look how it melted!? Violife tastes so awful. Silk tasted good but didn’t melt well.
Made taco dip with the earth island cheddar shreds. I also love the slices. Closest thing to a Kraft singles I can find!
Whole Foods doesn’t have the biggest variety of vegan cheeses which is kind of surprising since they seem to take the award for overall verbal products. We used this and their mozzarella to make nachos for cinco de mayo. Melted nicely and tasted good.
