When vegans didn’t have as many choices I remember grabbing these while I could. They do do the job but now there are so many other brands and vegan cheeses out there I think some of the last flight of them need to up their game!
I grabbed these so I could finally try a grilled cheese with pickles. Daiya has gone up in price again so I usually only buy on sale. They didn't have any shreds so I picked up these slices. They melt but not the same way as the cutting board shreds, so the pickles slid out when I bit in. So, they're decent if you're just making a regular grilled cheese 😅
Maybe a little on the salty side, but these are great for a grilled cheese. They're similar to Kraft singles, but better!
A bit more softer than the Swiss style cheese and a bit hard to melt when toasted. But tastes a bit strong too. Wish there’s more options for vegan cheese slices.
