Definitely recommend this cheddar cheese from Goodmylk. I've used it in sandwiches and on pizza. It also works really well in cheesy pops. It melts beautifully and tastes great! You'll find it on the Goodmylk website along with a range of other products that they offer.
Good mylk has started selling their cheddar cheese, so I had to order it from their website where they are calling it the beta version. Had a very strong pungent smell and taste, we enjoyed it a lot when we used it to make our first vegan Mac & Cheese (swipe for the photo). In it’s cooked state you can see how this is a brilliant alternative to dairy. The cheese crumbles and so is difficult to grate into your food, but once you figure that part out this will be great to make your cheese sandwiches as well. All in all a great product.
