These are good to add to stews and thicken soups, use some of the brine. Do a few whips wth a hznd blender and tge flavour is great. #greyton
This I found for like R12 a can which is incredibly cheap. Don't see the difference between this and other products
Currently R11.99 a can which is almost half the price of another brand that is R22
