Simple and delicious corn tostadas! I made myself a tostada with black beans and cactus
salad as a topping. They’re practical, affordable, and accidentally vegan!

This would have been a higher rating but it has synthetic colouring in it which
can lead to mood swings etc. Ugh, why do companies put this crap in food. Next time I will just bake some corn tortillas.
I loosely followed a non vegan recipe. I used lobster mushrooms instead.
