I’m not a fan of vegan cheese period, so I usually just do without, but
the taste of this is pretty good! Melted pretty well on a grilled tomato and cheese sandwich! I’ll definitely buy it again in the future.

Easy to melt, but I honestly prefer these slices cold! Great to use on a
sandwich - I made a chickpea “tuna” salad with veggies and Chao above.

I’m currently stumbling towards veganism. Morally, I want to go full vegan and I’ll
get there eventually. One of the things I’m struggling with is dairy. Selfishly, I LOVE yogurt and cheese. Like can’t go a day without them kind of love. One of the things that makes the struggle not such a, well, struggle is Chao cheese. This stuff is mind-blowing! It tastes so good! Vegan cheese like this makes giving up dairy way easier.
