Pan bauletto a fette fatto con farina di grano tenero "0" e miscela di fiocchi e farina di: avena, orzo, segale, farro, riso e granella di soia. Con olio di semi di girasole. Fette piuttosto morbide e buone. Yuka 90/100 e prezzo molto conveniente: da Lidl: 0,75 € il bauletto da 400 gr. Penso che proverò anche le altre varianti.
