Still wouldn't usually gravitate towards jackfruit being a staple for
me but this was relatively cheap and I had in mind to pair it with the mince - which definitely worked! ✨🙌 Masked the sweeter flavour but made the 'mince' juicier bc of the sweetness/liquids from the jackfruit. Didn't slice my thumb opening this one 😅🤣

Quite pricey but when I opened there’s a hint of fruity fragrance/scent! It’s easier to
shred it by hand tho I succumbed and used a fork! It’s my first time handling this ingredient but I noticed it has this sticky substance (?) that’s quite difficult to wash off.
