This is my favorite vegan steak ever!! It is made of tomatoes, bulgur and quinoa.

I absolutely love it! There is a great tomato flavor. It’s really original.

A tad dry on its own, but actually amazing for cooking in sauces or dishes.

Just had it the other day to add texture to a homemade bolognaise and it was on point!!
