Decent for a frozen food. Flavour lacking and definitely not a meal on its own (only 280 calories or something). #vegan #veganfood #veganfortheanimals #veganin2024 #govegan
This vegan, Indian-style meal doesn’t hold back on flavor. Lentils and cauliflower coated in a spicy curry sauce offer a hot, bold taste. Mixed with plenty of whole grains and leafy greens, including red quinoa and spinach, this meal is all heat, no meat.

This was better than I expected! It had quite good flavour while being quite healthy. It needs a bit more added to it to make it a full meal. Definitely worth it if 50% off! #healthybowls #lentils #veggies #readymeal
This is quite impressive for a ready-to-eat meal! After heating up in the microwave for about 5 minutes, the cauliflower is nice and tender; and the other ingredients (whole grains, leafy greens, lentils, etc) perfectly go well together. #lazyvegan #healthychoice #wholefoods
Not very good. Too many spices that are overpowering and weird texture to the base of the bowl. The bowl it self also isn’t the best for the microwave as it gets soggy pretty quickly.
It’s just ok Not very flavourful, quite bland. No curry flavour. Pretty dry. Rice, lentils, greens and cauliflower #microwave #microwavemeals #curry #convenient
